Piecing Together the Flyers’ Goalie Puzzle


Jackson, NJ native Anthony Stolarz will see time in net for the Flyers.

The Flyers are in a bit of goalie trouble right now. Michal Neuvirth, in the midst of a renaissance season with the Flyers, is out for the next three weeks with a lower-body injury.

To replace Neuvirth, prospect Anthony Stolarz was recalled from the Lehigh Valley Phantoms. Stolarz has yet to make his NHL debut, but has been strong with the Phantoms this year.

With the Flyers having a particularly busy and difficult schedule until the end of the season, Stolarz will have to play.
